State of Earl
Every now and then, I have a thought that has no redeeming value whatsoever. I decided to share today's thought with you. Consider this your open thread...
There are 50 states and 26 letters of the alphabet and yet not every letter is represented. E,J,Q,X,Y, and Z are all left out because they are not the first letter of name of a state. I think we should change that for no particular reason except that when you list store location by state there wouldn't be any gaps.
I vote for Earl as the E name. I think there should be a state of Earl. Considered a Commonwealth instead but it doesn't have the same ring as "State of Earl."
Lisa thinks that the state of Earl is encompassed by West Virgina.
Just random thoughts for this REALLY COLD Wednesday...

All-in-all, this is going the wrong way. We should be considering culling the state herd. We have "N's" so we could easily drop New York, New Hampshire (all of New England maybe?) etc. We have Mississippi so building a tall fence around Massachusetts seems like I good idea. (I've been to Boston, I've been to Harvard, I'll pay for the barbed wire) Colorado works for me so California is redundant (although with out it, the negative survival types would just pile up in Navada…..
