Has the World Gone Mad...

I was watching Fox & Friends Weekend yesterday while playing with the banner you see above you when I was struck by something that Julian Phillips said.  He was actually blaming the Danish cartoonists for insighting all of this insane violence that is taking place over these stupid Islamic cartoons. 

I couldn't believe what I was hearing... Mr. Phillips actually said that these cartoons should have never been published because everyone knows how sensitive people of Islam are and how serious they take their religion. 

Well...don't Christians take their religion seriously...Don't Jews take their religion seriously...

Mr. Phillips' attitude towards this outraged me.  Why must we walk on eggshells around people of Islam and make sure that we don't offend them.... yet we are supposed to tolerate these extremists calling Christians and Jews infidels and we are supposed to overlook the fact that these Muslims want to kill us...

Bulldog over at ABP is asking about CAIR.  Wondering where their condemnation of all of this violence is.... bwahahahahaha..... what a silly man.  CAIR is only concerned with one thing... promoting their agenda.  If you check out their site, you will see absolutely nothing on these acts of violence by the extremists.   CAIR only discusses the offensiveness of the cartoons themselves.  This leads me to a question about the members of CAIR.  I see how offended they are by these cartoons...but how offended were they when the planes went into the two towers on September 11, 2001?  Muslims were killed in those attacks.  Did that not offend them?  It is just curious to me how so much focus can be placed on a bunch of drawings, and so little focus is placed on the killing of innocent people.  CAIR could play a major positive roll in this war on terror...they choose not to.

I think it's time for all of us to understand that this is truly a holy war that we are in.  We can tiptoe around this with all of our political correctness all we want....but the fact of the matter is that the Muslim world is increasingly becoming more extreme and filling with more hatred for the west every day.  They are using our freedoms and laws against us.  We need to wake up to this fact and do something about it before this holy war on terror is played out on our soil.

Phillips comes out with this type of comment on occasion. Not certain if he is having an hGoebbelscboy minute or just trying to get one or other of the babes who are usually sitting there with him incensed. Was surfing one Sunday morning when they were on and he made a commment about something (don't remember what) and the blonde (which one) long-nosed one who usually just reads the news and he started arguing about it in a very heated way. Or at least she was het-up. I gathered that he was only doing it to get her panties in a wad.

Lisa, what I am referring to happened some weeks ago. But it might have been over this. I don't remember. A lot of the time, I have them on but really only pay attention to the news scrolling across the bottom of the screen. Much like I used to, when in the states, would have Limbaugh on as background noise but wasn't paying real attention to anything he was saying.
