The girls of Brownie Troop 895 in San Antonio, Texas have made some cards for Joshua Sparling that I know he will put on his bulletin board above his bed.
You ladies are just way too cool.....

Now, THIS shows there is some level of hope that we as a country are not totally screwed. I am glad they did this for him. He deserved better than what he got from that scumputz.

Yeah, whatever else surrounds that card, one poor GI doesn't need to be asked to die. No matter what, that was just tasteless.
I was going to make a joke about "if only they'd sent in their knickers too" - but ehh, some things don't work with the funny.

Hurray! For the Brownies!! 21 years ago, my cub scout den was writing to a guy in the navy and sent him Christmas Cards when he was at sea on Christmas. He returned a letter that I had copied and framed for each kid for their Christmas present. Do you know that I see these 27, 28 year old guys around town now and they remember that, and say they have thrown out everything BUT that!? The hearts of children are NOT where that original bad letter was.,IF we leave them to their own true thoughts with no brainwashing!
