I don't get it. From what I understand, Miller only had one more month until she was scheduled to be released from prison and now she agrees to testify?
Libby says he signed the waiver a year ago. Miller's attorney said she wasn't sure it wasn't coerced. This whole thing makes little sense.
I am going to withhold major comment until we get a better picture of what is going on. Except to ask this: who goes by the name Scooter and how much therapy does that require?
