Just thought we'd give ya'll an update on our adopted babe, Chuck. He took on a lot of shrapnel and is injured mainly in the legs and arms. The blast knocked him into a canal and when they pulled him out, the first thing he wanted to know was did he still have his face and his package.
Obviously his sense of humor is still in tact as well. That's Chuck for ya. Read Carren's post for more details.

Saw your post over at the Museum. I feel bad posting this on such a solomn topic but you asked.
I havn't had much time. Court date this morning, lease for the building, getting lots of grief trying to renew the liquor license due to said court case. Finally got the insurance, and all this is due by June 30th. On top of that I'm flying out to North Carolina (oh, I can't wait to get to a red state!) first thing in the morning to look at 2 more restaurants.
So, the little time I have I'm trying to keep up by blog and help over at the Museum. I'll be back Sunday and I hope to have more time starting July 1st. But shortly after that I hope I'll be packing up for Tobacco road.
Oh and get better Chuck!
