But, but, but, democrats keep telling me that it COULD be true so it must be. Remember, with democrats it's the not the nature of the evidence it's the seriousness of the charge.

I think this is why Bin Laden and Saddam never got together.Bin Laden knows Saddam is a sham as far as being a Muslim ,of course Bin Laden has his own set of issues with Islam.Saddamsthugs hung with him out of fear and for money.Bin Ladens boys actually believe in what they are doing. As sick as it is.Osamas boys are a lot harder to deal with.

What the hell does Muslim-world hypocrisy have to do with the democratic response to the Gitmo allegations?
Posted by: Brian | Friday, May 27, 2005 at 06:28 PM
Um, because they're the ones droning on about this.
Chris
You seem like a nice democrat. Check out Brians site and take a look at his blogroll, it's a hall of fame of moonbat sites. Although I'm suprised he missed counterpunch. Anyway, if you thought Kos was bad, take a look at those sites and see for yourself what's happened to your party.

The letter Malkin links to is about - surprise, surprise - hypocrisy in organized religion, hardly an earth-shattering bit of news.
You, in turn, reply with some non-sequitor pot shot on Democrats.
Let's keep our issues straight here... I happen to agree with a lot of the left's criticism of Gitmo. I also agree with commentators from the right that the Muslim world is riddled with hypocrisy ("Islam is a religion of peace").
My point... is that the letter we're talking about is directed to Muslims and is about their hypocrisy. It has nothing to do with the Dems and their "droning on" about the Gitmo issue.
And that's why I found your reponse a tad odd.

I'm sorry if you couldn't follow the obvious irony that this wouldn't even have been a story if not for the far left media making up a story. Or to be more accurate taking the word of the terrorists above our military.
I'm not sure why you would object to the terrorists being supplied Korans by our military at Gitmo? Or do you object to them getting 3 "culturally sensitive" meals a day? Do you object to the fact they are not given Geneva convention rights, even though clearly the Geneva convention was written with the terrorists in mind? Up is down, down is up.

Question: Why hasn't any of the MSM media picked up this story and run with it?
Answer: Because it puts these extremists in a bad light. And they wouldn't want to do that, would they?

Lisa, Chris
I just read the little story on the left about you two. I like your spin on what a "Babe" is. Reminded me of Clinton and his "it depends on what the meaning of the word is, is." For a while now I was thinking Cindy Crawford and Janine Turner. Now it's more like Helen Thomas and Janet Reno. :) Just teasing.

Cappy,
Reference me in the same paragraph with Bill Clinton again and I'll come take the wheels off your wheelchair and put you up on cinderblocks, buster. (hehehehehe)
Our bios tell the story.

HA! It's been warm enough I don't need it. Of course it's not as if I could out run you. :)
Admit it, everytime you hear Clintons name your heart goes pitter pat. Bwahahahahahaha!!!!!

That's it dude.......your wheels are coming off. Where's my wrench?
Posted by: Lisa | Saturday, May 28, 2005 at 07:33 PM
Oh, come on, you know you get starry eyed every time Clinton "feels your pain." :)

Oh yeah... well...well...you have a poster of Hillary in her bathing suit up on your bedroom wall.
HA..... so there!

Now, now, now, just because your husband has this picture of Hillary on the wall doesn't mean we all do. :)
